The Independent Appraisals Network is a group that exists by and for professional personal property appraisers.
This means everything except real estate. We are here to help appraisers and their clients find each other and to help the public learn more about professional appraisals and why they consider using one. Feel free to browse through our educational material and our directory of appraisers.
All of our appraisers have all agreed to a code of professional ethics and training associated with that particular society.
Their individual credentials and qualifications are listed in their directory listing. The listed credentials have not been checked or confirmed but every effort has been made to prevent unqualified appraisers or those who have not maintained their membership in their chosen society. If you have a bad experience with one of the appraisers that you find here, let us no and contact their society directly. They all maintain a standards and ethics boards to review the quality of work of their members. If you feel that one have them has misrepresented their credentials, please contact the administration and we’ll do our best to get to the bottom of it.
